4. Order and Payment Terms

Order Processing

All orders undergo verification and are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an order confirmation email with tracking details once shipped.

Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

International Orders

We ship globally except to certain Asian regions and remote areas. International customers are responsible for:

• Customs fees and import duties
• Potential delays due to destination country customs processing

We strongly recommend using trackable shipping for international orders.

5. Returns and Refunds

We stand behind our premium skincare products but understand occasional returns are necessary.

Return Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase required
• Products must be in resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened Makeup Remover products
• Any Gel and Foaming cleansers that have been unsealed

Return Process

1. Request authorization by emailing [email protected] within 15 days of delivery
2. We’ll respond within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Package items securely with original packing slip and RMA number
4. Ship to: BuyHealthySkin Returns, 3708 Raccoon Run, Seattle, US 98133

Refund Information

• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
• Issued to original payment method
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility unless due to our error

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BuyHealthySkin and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:
