Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most products. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Products must be in resalable condition
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened Makeup Remover products or any Gel and Foaming cleansers that have been unsealed.

Return Process

Follow these steps to initiate your return:

  1. Request Authorization: Email our customer service at [email protected] with your return request within 15 days of delivery
  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll respond within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions
  3. Package Securely: Include the original packing slip and RMA number on your package
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to:

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

For exchanges (subject to availability):

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly indicate the product you wish to exchange for in your email
  3. We’ll ship your new product once we receive the return
  4. Price differences will be charged/refunded as applicable

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • Customs fees and international shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
